Death of my son

My son, Brooks Singer, 16, died last Saturday, 10 hours after I returned with him from climbing in and around Machu Picchu in Peru. He loved Stephen Lynch, met him, sang his sonds and laughed very hard with me on this trip and before it even though, as a father, I was sometimes clenching as to whether I should let him hear some of these sngs and also watch me "lose it" in laughter as well. This was our final trip, the best we ever had as he was entering manhood and becoming a great friend besides a great son. It is very hard for me to go on. I miss him so much I cant stand it. Saturday we will have a service for him at the Marshfield Hills Commuity Church in Marshfield Hills, MA. How can I get a hold of Stephen Lynch so that maybe he could be there. Maybe he could send a message I could read. I would really like that. I really miss my son David Singer

I am so so sorry to hear about the loss of your son! I lost my dad (he was only 58) at the end of May to Lung Cancer and know how extremely hard that was so I can not even imagine it being a son and him being so young, I am deeply sorry. I think this is a good place for stephen to maybe hear about this. OR email him. again very sorry to hear about your loss. what a great dad to want to do this for your son!

so sorry to hear about that... you might want to send the mod of this board a private message and see if she could get the message to stephen or his manager quickly. Also send one to [e-mail] thats stephens email... if you send it to all the different contacts you might have a better chance of him getting it in time... Hope this helps... once again truly sorry to hear.

oh wow.. i am SO sorry to hear about your loss... my condolences. i'm not really sure how you can go about getting in touch with stephen, but i hope that you do, and i hope that everything works out.

very sorry to hear about your son. stephen also has another e-mail, [e-mail] but i'm not sure if this one is really reserved for people to send him naughty pics or not (that's what he said on his website, anyway.)

but good luck getting in touch with him. if he can't make it, and i hope he can, he would probably still try to get ahold of you. he is pretty good to his fans.
