Well I think I heard that the CDs he has for sale are recorded from live shows, right? That means, they all have background noise?
Anywhere to get Lynch songs with no background noise/laughter??

He recorded A Little Bit Special in a studio. Superhero took songs performed in front of an audience.

Oh i c.....very informative.... Hmm, more proof that you are really Stephen.... *writing in consiparcy book* what are you talking about? no it's not stephen. duh. if you would just take the time to actually listen to the cds you would know that superhero is recorded live and a little bit special is recorded in a studio. it's not rocket science. he didn't ad-lib anything or laugh while he was doing it, and he had backup. he just about never has backup when he's on tour. teich only comes up when he actually has his own lines. so obviously it was in a booth behind a microphone. see? i knew that, so am i stephen? also, i knew about the new haven, CT show coming up long before it was posted on his website, and there's one coming up in providence, RI, and that one's not even posted yet. hey! maybe i am stephen and didn't know it!

Oh i c.....very informative.... See what you learn from reading the booklet of the CDs that you clearly don't own? It's no mystery, Mr. Why Doesn't Stephen Have Contacts On His Website?

It's no mystery, Mr. Why Doesn't Stephen Have Contacts On His Website? Ok, ok, my fault. I just saw his comedy central thing for the first time and though he was absolutely amazing, so I ran off to his website and in my haste didn't see the horizontal menu above.

To be honest I think the studio recording kind of ruins things, I think the liveness of stephen's shows are the best. I mean the live CD is great, but to get the full effect of stephen you need to see him. I'm going to the Chicago show tomorrow night, anybody want to meet up???

I always flip between which I like better. I like Superhero because he has more enthusiasm and he ad-libs...but I like A Little Bit Special because his voice sounds a whole lot clearer.
I'm so TORN!!!

ok 2 things 1) to whatever idiot thought that person was stephen lynch was posting messages. listen to the frickin CD's its obvious one is live and the other isnt
2) to whoever said that he doesnt laugh on "a little bit special" is wrong. if you listen past 'kill a kitten' it has him laughing with the other guys that worked on this CD with him.
