I really like the song and the movie is pretty good too! but what I would like to know is why he is singing it? cause it's written especially for the movie right? don't know if someone can answer but it would be nice to know...

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is Stephen was asked to sing it by the Director. This is the version that's in the film.

I just rented it today. It was a great movie. I believe it was in theaters last summer, but I could be wrong.

The Ten is 10 short movies in one, each dealing with a different one of The Ten Commandments. The sequence with Winona Ryder having an affair with a ventriloquists' dummy is probably the best.

juat watched the movie is there any similarities that one of the songs is called "Happy Birthday Rod Cone"? performed by Mr. Blue
just thought it would be kinda weird if it was just a random song thrown in there with that specific title

Why is "whihoo" asking why he is singing it? Stephen has an astounding voice. If you take away all of his brilliant comedic talent (God forbid) you are still left left with a seriously talented singer, songwriter, performer and all around musician. As a matter of fact, that explains why I am such a talentless soul. I must have been standing in line behind him when the powers that be were passing out talent. He got all the talent and the rest of us in line were totally screwed.

Well, I just joined Blockbuster Online so I could use the 2-week free trial to see this movie. That way, if the reviews on the website are accurate, at least I didn't pay anything.
I did spend 5 pepsistuff points on the song, though.

That movie was just....wtf....
My favorite part was the Lying Rhino. There's nothing quite like a seahorse and a worm doing 69.
Coulda done without the view of the ol' fruit bowl near the end of the movie, though.
I don't think I'll watch it again.
